Spot Issue: portal block bug

Hello,
I am reposting this to hopefully escalate an ongoing issue. This issue was initially reported back in May 2024 and has been noticed around late April-early May. There have been other community members that have confirmed this behavior as well.
Spot’s portal block is not resisting/blocking opponent heavy attacks after obtaining 5+ spots. Opponents with singular heavy attacks breakthrough and others with multiple attack heavy attacks breakthrough in the first hit and then trigger the untouchable on the following attacks.
I am playing on an iPhone 14 with the newest OS version. This happens on both WiFi or cellular network. I use T-Mobile as my service provider. It happens regardless of game mode and opposing champion.
Please escalate this ongoing issue and let me know if any other info is needed.
