Well apparently knull is being setup maybe for spiderman 4 so doubt he will die also if sony does wastes him then i hope disney buys spiderman for what ever price at this point as we need a king in black full story going on not a one and done event
What i want is for Knull to be an absolute badass and menace and even manage to conquer and venomize earth, only to then be somehow transported to the main universe and then make him absent for the same reason he was absent for so long in the comics (I think that was cuz he was imprisoned by Klyntar? And then once the Fantastic four and X men are set up, and we are done with the current big bad, bring King in black to the big screen.
King in black only really works because of Vernon's long history though

I'm saying I can't see any reality in which this version of venom can build up to a version of King in black that is anything other than garbage

It wouldn't have been so appealing to me if it was just venom and knull. The other heroes turning into symbiote hybrids, sword orbiting earth sending mutants to help, all the crossover stories made it that much better than another comic event for me. That being said, its not impossible for them to do the king in black event with not a lot of characters. I guess we will see
I am so over symbiotes I don't care about this. But that said, it's going to be shite because they're all shite. I read a rumour a year or so back, that Sony were going to sell the studio. I just wish it was true.
