Who to rank up? (7 Star Edition 😱)

As said in the title, I got options to take 3-4 champs to r2 and 2 to rank 3 thxs to exploration of 9.1. Current r3 are Hyperion, Kushala, and Titania. I’m hoping for my next rank 3s to be from the other classes not at R3, I’m mainly a bg, raid player. Note that cheelith and korg/thing can be awakened from the upcoming calendar rewards. Would love to hear thoughts and suggestions. Thanks 🙏.
