Science Rank Up Enquiry - Luke or Quicksilver?

Hello everybody,
So just looking to get some advice from players with experience of using both of these champs.
I'm 9.1.5, and think I need to rank up one of these guys (only have enough for one). Of course I'm hoping to get a bit more use out of them after 9.1.5 too.
So who do you think is better investment of resources to R2 for general use and BG.
