Capiw not punching through unstoppables

Hi. I’ve been noticing that Capiw doesnt punch through unstoppables for some champs even though there are no Ability Accuracy reduction from the champs.
For example, I did a practice fight against Wong with my Capiw. When Wong went unstoppable after using his sp1 during blue charge, i tried to punish his sp1 with capiw’s heavy attack. What happened was that the first hit landed but it did not nullify Wong’s unstoppable. The hit only registered the damage but Wong was able to dash back because his unstoppable was still on, and then he came back to punish my heavy attack instead. I have video proof.
