Completed Paths "Erased"

So I'm trying to 100% explore Acts 1 to 4 to reap some rewards after years of not touching my account, and...
... my stuff is gone? Note that I'm on Conqueror status, meaning I'm able to play Act 5 and vie for Uncollected, but all my previous progress has been reduced to zero sans Act 4?
For context, I've had this account since the game first launched; I stopped playing when 6 Stars were announced, and came back only this month. On top of years worth of progress "erased", I get a lot of this in Act 4 maps:
I mean, how???? Clearly that path has been explored; it's not like I said "No thanks" and just skipped an enemy here. It's making trying to 100% explore the previous Acts quite annoying, just playing the whole map again just to fill in small spots like these.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anyway I can contact Kabam/MCOC devs to perhaps restore my saved progress fully so where I'm at makes sense?
