Looking for raids/bgs optional aq/aw

Looking for a flexible alliance, just got back from a few month break.
Want an alliance that I can take a break for a few days and not get kicked.

-Must do raids
-Minimal bg participation (not too fussed mainly just for milestones)
-Optional aq/aw (ill do them time to time just find them boring for most part)

With the alliance event coming next month I'll do my part and more and usually put in a good amount for banquets

    AW G3, AW 6/4 for 4000+ glory, 1 Raids group, BGs 11-20% rewards rank. Relaxed but active group. Only thing mandatory is placing a diverse AW defense and run a path. The rest is choose your own adventure. Jake Jortles in game.
