Lagging again

I’ve noticed over the past few weeks that the lagging issue is back and it has made the game almost unplayable. Network here is fine, using iPhone Xr with plenty of available memory, all background apps cleared. Time of day or night has no bearing on how bad the lag is. Please assist. I enjoy the game, try to play daily, but it’s getting to be almost unplayable.
