Doctor Strange Bug [Under Investigation]

I was fighting him in MODOKs lab today and he was gaining power when hit, one of his nodes was 200% power gain but I was under the impression that he'd never gain power from being hit? Is this a bug or am I wrong?

I took an L3 before this as I didn't know it was happening, and he still passively gained power to reach the L3

    I thought he only had automatic power gain during the fury buff and health steal buff thus leaving him available to generate power when blocking during the armor up buff. I could be wrong though, I have not used him in months and ranked him down.

    For me he has never generated power whilst being hit or hitting, only his passive power gain.. but he could have changed following 12.0 possibly??

    You are wrong. His power gain is the same no matter what buff he has active.

    I was under the impression that his power gain was 0% also. 0 x 200% = 0

    I recall a few other threads about him after AW was revamped , stating that Strange was gaining power from being hit while placed on the power gain nodes. I don't believe Kabam commented or addressed the eternal question: Is this working as intended?

    You are not wrong. He should gain more power from his passive but not when hit because
    0X200=0
