Nah I believe its a first time; but so outrageous it deserved a 30 day ban... They would have disabled chat if it was something minor...
It's only first time so far. If 852 times in 3 days is barely posting on global in OP's eyes, or they were outright lying, it's unlikely a lesson is actually going to be learned here.
