Physical Perfection Random Active Buff Not Working as intended?

When playing MODOK Hotel, I matched up my 5/50 Gwenpool against Rhino and I have a class advantage to start off with. The random active buffs that I have include iso-infused, ancient knowledge, physical perfection, inevitability, kinetic reactor and warning. The issue is, Gwenpool is getting her bleed damage reduced even though she shouldn't. she normally gets 141 bleed ticks (when fighting a science) but it reduced to 88 (or something close to that). Now the only thing that I can think of that might be causing this is the ancient knowledge (all but mystics reduce attack by 50%). If I have both active buffs happening at the same time, do they cancel each other out and therefore cause all champions to have 50% reduced attack?
