Archangel converting self-inflicted bleeds into neurotoxins.

If playing with liquid courage on and then either using the Sinister relic or charging heavy with Mr Sinister, AA will convert the self-inflicted poison into a neurotoxin. In AA's description it states that when he inflicts a bleed, rather than when a bleed occurs, which may be nitpicking but feels like it shouldn't be converting.

I remember this was a common issue when AA was released, that if you applied liquid courage before double edge (or vice versa, can't remember) that he would convert your debuffs into a neuro at the start of the fight but this was fixed a long time ago now.
Any insight on this would be appreciated! Not the biggest issue but have been caught out using Sinister in AQ a few times now.

    I think it's what it is in case of sinister it is bleed ,I had same experience with ibom

    In the case of suicides, they changed it so that the bleed would apply first. At least that's what I think. Which is why nick fury's restoration kit purifies the bleed
