AW allows you to progress without energy

As I was starting to clear out my path for war, I noticed that once my energy bar dropped to 0, I could just carry on as if I had enough energy to move. This is the first war I've seen this happen, so I stopped advancing (with or without energy) until further clarification on this bug.
