I do not know how to get a refund for my units and mastery because my brother went on my account and stuffed up my mastery and leaving me with 154 when I had 1600 and something and my mastery is now very bad and he recovered everything 2 times or more idk but I just want a refund

Can somebody says why that is possible? We have actually an alliance war and 5 Gamer each with the same name attack at same time our endboss. (we have photos from fight). At Our endboss defeat 1 enemy, after same fights!
