AI when it comes to power stings

Is it just me or is the AI annoyingly smart when it comes to power stings? If they have a power sting on they just hold block until they’re gone. This makes champs like spider ham almost impossible to play. The AI shouldn’t be as good or smart as the players. The same goes with light intercepting like crazy and holding block until they gain sp3.

    You can apply taunt with spiderham still that damn AI won't throw it

    The AI has higher chance of throwing specials without taunt that with taunt fr.
    AI throws specials faster when INTIMIDATED than TAUNTED or INFURIATED
    Whenever I fight FAM with hulkling and he gets one or two armor buffs, I throw a heavy to apply intimidate so it's easier to intercept. I'm NOT KIDDING!
