Not receiving Marketplace Purchases in-game.

Soo...I made a purchase through the MCoC marketplace for the first time yesterday, but I haven't received any of the units in game. Is this a normal thing, bc if so I won't be using that Marketplace anymore. That was a substantial purchase, and my bank account saw it, but not the game. Can anyone help out with that?
