I am confused

HI guys,, I stopped playing this 2 years ago on act 3 and redownloaded it two weeks ago . But my progress for act 1 and 2 was zero but the complition rewards were claimed. Then I noticed that act 1 and 2 used to have 4 chapters but now they only have 1. When did this happen??

    About a year ago? Six months?

    They changed all the early acts to streamline progression. Much easier and better rewards!
