I’ve tried closing the game but it doesn’t help

    What exactly are you missing? The community has not achieved the Mythic crystal as of today.

    No, it needs 528 million points to be reached. This is a global event that all players are participating in. 528 is the minimum you need to contribute to get that reward, but the entire player base needs to collectively score 528 million to reach that milestone.

    You need 528 to qualify, but we need to hit the milestones to actually gey the reward which we haven't

    Agreed but the community as a whole has not opened enough crystals to achieve the Mythic yet.
