Alliance War Member Restrictions

I would like the leader or officers of an alliance to have the power of which members are able to join Alliance War. My alliance runs into this problem too often. A new member will join the war without having strong enough champions and at times was the main reason we lost. I'd rather be able to control who gets into the War than have to kick people from the alliance because they can't/don't want to follow the rules.

    It's an ongoing issue for us sometimes. I make sure to explain the rules to New Members. Usually several times. I give them a warning. If they do it again, I kick. For me, it's about communication. If they don't communicate or respect the rules, I can't trust them to follow instructions in a War. Some people see it as harsh, but I'm upfront about the rules and I give the opportunity. I'd love to be able to remove someone that jumps in. It would be easier than kicking. Of course, I'm not sure if it would be good for everyone, since it's based on how we operate alone. The real issue is when someone leaves the Ally during Placement, and I can't replace them.
