Block them and move on or turn off global if you find don’t want to deal with blocking people individually. If you really want them dealt with you can submit a report ticket to support but nothing can be done by making a forum post.

Its a shame that Global chat isn't what I'm sure Kabam intended for it to be. Racism is only one of a whole host of unfortunate issues that go on there. They wanna worry about pg level curse words instead of the really vile **** that is commonplace there. Kabam really should do something about it asap
