Can critical resistance benefit from negative numbers?

Deathless She hulk and Deathless Gully are gonna have a synergy that reduces the opponent's crit resistance by 250 for each Deathless on the team.
Let's say an opponent have 0 crit resistance, will all that reduction make his crit resistance go negative and actually act like a Precision? Or that dosent work like armor rating and stuff

Probably, there was actually negative armor before 12.0 because of armor breaks having flat percentage, this was one of the reasons why Thor was so strong,
