I'm playing Battlegrounds from a week; my champions rating is 1.4 million So why I got 4 million rating players. most of time the legend players came against me, why?

Can you give a reason why they should not match against you in an open competition?
    I have 4x 7*(r1), 20x 6* (r3) and 6x 5*(r5) champions in my roster, So why? I can face r3 7* and r5 6*

The prize is the trophy tokens and the amount of them you receive. The store is separate from that.

I'm sorry but I don't completely agree. The prizes actually consist of two components: the trophy tokens and VT or GC points. While the latter are effectively the same for all players, the former allow you to purchase different items, so they are not the same, since no one keeps the tokens in themselves: they only have value for what they allow you to purchase in the shop.

You don't have to beat other players to progress in the game and unlock those stores. If you want the best rewards, you need to do both.
I'm not arguing that bigger profiles shouldn't receive better rewards. I think so and I'm trying to improve my roster. Yet a larger profile versus a smaller one are not receiving "the same rewards", at least not in terms of what resources tokens can buy in their respective shops. They are still receiving the same rewards as for points in VT, though.
So probably a mixed system, in which you have matches based at least in part on their respective rosters, as in the early days of BG, could be fair.

They changed it from the early days of BGs because it was unfair. Uncollected accounts were making it to the GC and Paragon accounts were left outside. Crazy as it may sound, UC against UC is an easier matchup than Paragon against Paragon. But that's what players were stuck with. Adding roster to any degree back into matchmaking from top to bottom would result in the same thing. Small players with easy access to the circuit and big players struggling to get there.
So long as everyone is lumped into one game mode, this is the only fair option. You should be facing anyone in your current tier. The White Sox didn't get to play only against minor league teams this year even though their roster is worse and they've spent less money. They still had to face the best teams.
Maybe one day there will be another section of BGs for TB and under with less rewards so at least the complaints will be different.
