I’ve got the 7* cheelith, can I spend the other 4? Or do I need to save them for something else?

    The 7* Chee’ilth and this mysterium package is the only thing you can spend those medallions on. If you’ve got Chee’ilth already, then yes just spend them on the mysterium.
