Missing Champions

I play the game since it started, and I’m not sure if this was already an issue. But several Champions that I know I had... they have gone missing from my roster. These include the rare 2-star Punisher, which I got many years ago from Arena Crystal. Other Champions are more easy to obtain, and I have them again - as Mephisto, Miss Marvel and Stryfe. But this essentially reseted all progress I ever made on signature abilities.

    I also miss my Iron Fist (Immortal), he disappeared from my roster. Weirdo =/
