Riddle me this, Summoner!

I can see that you have fallen right into my trap summoner. Now you cannot leave without playing a game. But don't worry; you were promised a riddle and a riddle you will get. But there are rules summoner and if you don't play by it, you will be RIDicuLEd!
Rule #1: The riddle can only be about a champion.
Rule #2: The riddle will have three parts: first one hints at the champion's appearance, second hints at the champion's ability and third hints at the champion's class
Rule #3: You cannot provide the answer to the riddle without serving a riddle of your own so that the other unfortunates like you also suffer in this twisted game.

Failure to provide the correct answer will also result in RIDicuLE. Make your choice summoner. And let the game begin!

My face visual is the same as 2 others, but different than them im hard to beat on one health bar only and I may see you close to me.
