Miss on prosecutor nodes in AW ?

Can somebody explain to me why we miss hits randomly when opponents benefits from thé global node prosecutor in AW ?

In French it says that they regen and have a power gain but nothing about miss I don’t understand

Percentage chance varies based on the map.

Squidopus

Provocateur grants a 20-40% chance (based on war tier) to cause all attacks to miss while the power gain from provocateur is active. It’s definitely there in the English description, if the French description is missing it then that seems like a pretty significant oversight Kabam should fix.
