Realm events rewards

I hear now that the realm event milestones for the crystal cleansing event has been fullfilled, but I just logged on to not see any of the rewards that I should get for the event and completing all the milestones.
Did the completed rewards expire with the event ending? Is this a bug or will I not get the rewards for milestones I did complete
