Cant claim bounty milestone?

Joined a new alliance for the super season to get the banquet tickets but now I cant claim the previous bounty milestone. Don't know if it's because I joined after it was completed or what. Really hope this doesn't cause me to miss any tickets

It would be because of the timing of when you joined, which is how most if not all alliance objectives work. You can't qualify for rewards you didn't help earn.
