Cant claim bounty milestone?

Joined a new alliance for the super season to get the banquet tickets but now I cant claim the previous bounty milestone. Don't know if it's because I joined after it was completed or what. Really hope this doesn't cause me to miss any tickets :/

    It would be because of the timing of when you joined, which is how most if not all alliance objectives work. You can't qualify for rewards you didn't help earn.
