House of horrors red goblin immune to neutralize

Why is red goblin house of horrors EQ Cavalier immune to neutralize? I’m attempting to fight him with Rintrah and it says he’s immune. The node only provides immunity to nullify, fate seal, and stagger.

    This answer is correct. Force of will provides immunity to all ability accuracy reductions. Neutralize is just a targeted AAR against buffs, so force of will blocks it.

    ALSO, Rintrah and the Neutralize crew don’t work against Vox, for example. on HIS buffs, but they fail his Precision from Dex.

    AA modification is used a LOT, it it’s easy to miss a detail. see like EVERY post about Domino.
