Did I miss an announcement about relics?
If I didn't, why does Kabam keep on rewarding them? It has been too long since the last relic was introduced... Why do they keep on being mixed into rewards so much?

    Very true, also there is so much content where you actually need it. Which is why it bothers me they haven't made new ones. They don't even have to ne that great; but the fact that I have to juggle and equip is annoying. Specially when you forget you took out one and end up doing an War or BG match without a relic.

    Because they keep releasing content like act 9 where you need them

    Missing my point though, the relic shards are becoming like the solo crystal shards. There will be a point in which they lose all value because there are too many shards out there.
    Also juggling relics cause there arent that many out there is annoying.
    Yeah true. I don’t t even pay attention to the shards anymore. It’s a non reward tbh.


    Yeah and now I found out relic shards are tied to t4a in the bounties

    I’m sure they are useful in later parts of the game, atleast for now in act 8.1 they aren’t being useful for me, I’ll probably be proven wrong by story when I hit act 8.3 8.4 and 9.1

    I already started hoarding all relic shards except 6* ones in hope for future relic.

    Also Am I the only one who rank up relics? I have 13 6* relics and 8 of them is at rank 2.

    If not new relics atleast give us relic rank up materials and awakening gems.

    Personally, I love relics, but we defo need more to make cosmics better. Yes ik that the cosmic ones are good but no where near as good as ones like winter soldier x kate and hb x guardian/any shocking tech

    They've told us repeatedly that there aren't any new one planned until early 2025. I'm sure once that hits they'll be rolled out just as often as champs.

    I want a medusa relic for comics which enhance Armor break effects, and should pair well with cgr and medusa.

    If there is any science relic they want to add, they should either add a abomination relic which enhances poison effects and poison immunities, like self inflicting a poison(Very niche I know) or sentry relic which enhances energy damage champs (photon, torch, nefaria).

    An Apocalypse relic to give a reduced version of his Horseman prefight and count for the Horseman synergy for the champs that get an extra boost (Wolverine, both Storms, Psylocke, Gambit, AA) would be awesome.

    Something that could add +1 or +XX% to a persistent charge would be cool too. Something to help ramp up champs like Aegon and Red Goblin get ramped faster.

    Got 9/15 6r2 ,12 5r4, 12 5r3.
    Cant hoard 5* relics shards. as I have been trying to dupe Gamora and Sinsiter relics forever. None out of those two are duped as 5 or 6*

    Honestly I think Relics have potential but Kabam just don't seem to be doing anything anything them right now.

    Besides not fixing the bugs where some relics get blocked or times where the relic button doesn't work they've just stopped making new ones so kinda feels like they're not worth our time if not even worth Kabams
