Idk whats happening but it looks like the block register in game and the character blocks, the block animation is still there but the block input isn't registering.
I noticed this in BG while using Spot and Hulk.
Spot situation I got to know that holding down the block sometimes make it register many times per second. [I noticed it due to the Spot portal block timer, timer was registering many times]
In Hulk case, I was fighting against enchantress, I held block to bait out heavy, yes I blocked and the block animation wasn't going when I hold block. But enchantress was block breaking me in her Mediums and lights.
I hope this situation is gonna get better but I really want a clarification on the current situation
