What should be my approach for 6.3.1?

This is my roster. I have not had much difficulty till 6.2.6., but 6.3.1 is proving to be quite difficult. The mini boss + boss as well as path clearing is proving to be quite difficult. Please help me choose a good team, best path and counters for hard matchups and the boss couple.
I wouldn't mind upgrading some champs, even 5 stars, if they are a better counter.

I have seen youtube guides but those didn't help me this time.

For the miniboss, I'd recommend anyone who isn't buff reliant with solid damage, just keep knocking him down, herc could work quite well with his natural damage.

For the boss, Moleman should do great (just activate frenzy), other options like Hit Monkey could work amazing as well.

Id personally recommend the colossus path, Oscillate isn't a hard node to deal with, though each of the defenders have their own individual nodes too, you could in theory herc the path down.
