I recently ranked 3 my Serpent, and been testing and cruising with him mainly on offense
everywhere I could.
I'm impressed !

People consider him mainly DEFENSIVE Threat but after 2-3 special 1 cycles that goes fast thanks
to he's power gain buff and natural challenger rating stats, he hits amazing, he stalls and can
carry most of the fight the AI in the corner.

I wonder those that play with him too, what RELIC you attached to him ?

    I use a ms marvel relic. My serpent is r3 also and he is SO GOOD for questing omg, no one believes me. If you crit you are doing like 20k mediums or smth. Burst damage on specials areout of this world and you can spam. He did most fights in act 9 for me. Also if they have good armour rating its serpent cheese

    Ai was really bad. When you stop attacking then throw a special ai is supposed to block but it rarely happened. Some lag as well. This amounted to the fights taking WAY longer than they should but I just wanted the vid done already

    He has a he use with galen one him. You getting great but has to be dup and probably not a carry as i know you do a lot of them literally if you failed ones and can’t built up to 3 of he thig he won’t be better then Hercules

    He's certainly on a similar level to Herc.

    He's genuinely amazing in Incursions.

    Even more utilitarian, as he gains Power freely, has Unblockable specials, and can maintain True Focus pretty effortlessly for the entire fight; along with all the defensive abilities there's really no need to list.

    Yep, I won't be using him in place of Herc, Angela/Odin, Corvus, Aegon, and others. He doesn't mesh with suicides that I always run (unless I'm missing something).

    He is definitely better than herc since not only your death immunity buff can't be nullified, but also you regen back and gain power like crazy.

    Draining degen hack is must for serpent. It keeps opponent power in check and also deals huge secondary damage since you almost always have throw have a special ready.

    Secondaary hacks include either posion+armor buff hack with defensive cascade for stun lock, or buff corn for fun.

    Also don't fogert galan and odin pre fights. galan pre fights is very important cuz if you mess up timing throwing a special into block it will save you.

    You can take almost everyone except man thing, wiccan and rintrah. He also works great for biohazard and caltrops.

    His death immunity is not something you want to trigger since it removes your ramp up and can only be used in 1 fight before you need to rebuild it. It's absolutely not better than herc being able to cheese most fights with a 1% revive

    Thor makes sense for the 15% increased fury.

    Yes he’s a great attacker and one of the best questers in the cosmic class. People only talk about him on defence but in longer fights (Gauntlet, Abyss, Necro, Act 9), he hits like a truck
