Can’t even GET INTO THE GAME

For a whole day haven’t been able to get in - game is stuck on loading screen (seen a couple others with same issue). And yes I have tried: restarting phone, deleting game, wifi/internet change, updating, website etc. I know the devs get a lot of backlash for bugs and stuff but can I at least PLAY THE GAME?? Previous post was ignored too. Was going to do the arcade showcase but I might miss out on rewards now ..

    This isn't a pervasive issue in the game right now. Sounds like a device issue.

    Have u tried raising a ticket by mentioning
    Your device & model, game version , Android or iPhone version. Since when u are facing etc details ??

    iPhone 12, game is up to date, and haven’t been able to get in for a day and a half. And everything else works perfectly fine on my phone, not an internet issue either - definitely something funny with the game/servers. @Asher1_1 @Furrymoosen

    I’ve had trouble getting in game for the last 4-5 hours in two different locations and two different iOS devices. I’m able to access the forums and other games

    Sent a ticket to kabam but waiting for response. Missing out on important rewards here. Also tried different locations, website articles, logging in and out of game centre and more. Still can’t get in. Does anyone know what this is?

    Sent a ticket but issue still isn’t resolved. Haven’t been able to participate or claim rewards

    You can ask Kabam Support for a refund to keep your calendar streak going. Unfortunately, these issues aren't that common, and not a lot of people can offer you good advice. The best thing you can do right now is contact Support for help

    @FrostGiantLord already have - I’ll make sure to ask for a refund too thanks. So far kabam support has just asked me more questions though. Seen more than 5 people with the same issue in the last couple days

    @WorldEater have you had any luck getting in yet? I sent a ticket to kabam and their support team hasn’t been able to solve it yet. They just send 1 reply a day and haven’t fixed anything yet

    Yes, I was able to get in game consistently the day after I posted about having trouble getting in.

    iPhone 12 and iPad … I forgot which one but it’s about 2 years ago.

    It just stays on a loading screen spinning, or is there a little message that pops up on the screen and it doesn't go any further?

    No message pops up, all I ever see is the standard loading screen, the one with all the heroes on it. And in the bottom right corner it says loading with the little spinning icon (which never stops spinning). I haven’t gotten any further than this point. The ‘logging in’ message never appears and I’ve never seen a bug message/crash message or any kind of message pop up.

    I have been talking to kabam support but they’re slow and haven’t been able to resolve or give me much clarity on this issue yet.

    Still unable to get in and my platinum track is going to waste.

    If you have one at your disposal, like a parent/friend/sibling's device or a tablet, have you attempted to login to the game on another device?

    I also have iPhone 12 but still can’t get in.

    I didn’t do anything different . Was just able to log on the next day without an issue.

    Did you try tuning it off and on again? Or unplugging and plugging it back in?
