Nobody uses negasonic just to counter one champ and even then it takes 60-70 seconds at least!

Bishop can do bullseye faster than nega, the one fight she's made for.

Bishop is still an annoying defender.

Negasonic is insanely overrated, she's useful for like 3 defenders and insanely slow at r1 or r2 compared to other mutant or other class nukes.
Great utility, very safe against all skill champs, excellent for attuma, korg and bullseye but too slow ngl

As much as I hate bishop, bishop can actually take out a champion of ANY OTHER CLASS other than SKILL in less than 90 seconds

Yeah Bishop is the call here. You could be sneaky with Negasonic but I still think Bishop is the *ahem* king of this poll.
