Where is my gold

I bought 25 uncollected gold crystals from the glory store, I got about 960,000 gold, I remember seeing the amount very clearly, I then go to try to rank up my valkyrie and my gold is not there. What happened to my gold? I had popped all the 25 crystals if anyone is asking.
