Side Quest Question

Just did all 5 bounty missions, but after you do 3 runs of the Jacks SQ you get another bounty mission from the objective. Are you suppose to save that one for the 2nd week of the SQ, or it doesnt matter? I accidentally used it so it forced me to select my bounty but havent gone into the quest yet.
