Really bad support

So i have opened a case last weekend and you close it with a standard answer without any fix. I tried to reopen the case, because the answer was like nothing, but not way to do it and I had to open a new case with a reference to the old case, same result, a generic answer and case close without any kind of solution. What the hell is this? Why are you giving this kind of support to your players?
