Probably by some round up number, but this dude is a modder anyway. Matched against him just moments ago in GC.

aside from the questionable validity of the actual fight,
it is very clear what has happened here.
you had higher health but took longer.
they had lower health but finished quicker.
so in the instance here of scores being exact same the fight speed has become the tiebreak deciding factor.

i dont think thats how it works, cause ive seen it happen the other way too, its probably due to rounding and how the they dont show us the decimal points of our health total, if you have 49288 but they have 49288.27, theyll win, and I think its only health that does the rounding, the "seconds" score will decrease by (i think) 84 per second and no rounding, and thats why youll normally see true in game ties when people finish both at 100% and the same time, cause theres no rounding at 100% its just 15k points
