They clearly stated that the regeneration rate is bugged

so they are tuning his regeneration rate to what it should be

also if the tuned regeneration rate is good enough and isn't affected by science part of his signature ability then we will get some new ability in science part of his sig instead of regen

they want him to be a good defender so they won't be nerfing his regen and we might get some new ability in his sig

I don't see this as a nerf but a buff to him

why are you already crying rank down tickets without actually getting hands on the tuned version or even reading carefully

I have a 6* asc maxed out and he can‘t be better. Regeneration and Degeneration are the main abilities. Every change makes him worse…

It's a buff for him lol. Currently the science class sig ability and recovery mastery doesn't work for him, cuz his abilities doesn't allow regen rate modification although it only reads his REGEN RATE CANNOT BE REDUCED. There was no clause about whether it can be increased or not.

If the big doesn't affect him much, it'll stay as it is. If the big affects him, they'll allow his regen rate to be able to increased by external ability.

He most likely stays the same, because if they buff him he'll regen like crazy in enhanced regen nodes.

You should have been more concerned with the fact that they eluded to us not being skilled enough to use Silver Sable properly so she needs to be re balanced...

As soon as I read the post, I already expected the "nerf" rage army to strike us.
Gonna put 50% blame on the team on how they articulated his balance update post. The confusion was bound to happen in a global game where majority don't have English as their first language.

Here's a short answer for sinsiter balance post:
-Sinsiter will either going to get fixed (more regen = buff),
OR
-Get a new ability in place of his science sig.
The sig was suppose to increase his regen but its not working.

Any change will be positive.

I use siniter against science champs as long as they aren't bleed immune or degen immune. He's mechanic works against most class. Hold heavy apply bleed to himself than sp1 to the defender and watch them melt. He's so tanky with his regen on crit damage. He's fun to use so whenever I can use him I do.

U dont need to as all u have to do is get lucky at start of fight and he could have 3 science or even 2

Oh, I know how to use him. I use him everywhere. It was more stating the fact that science has the worst persistent charge benefit and since you only get benefits for defeating ten champs, why would you waste gaining persistent charges on science.
