Dead zones on descriptive text

There are dead zones on node descriptions which makes scrolling through the node challenges on a touchscreen frustrating. You have to tap the title to scroll but often the descriptive text takes up more space.

Description of the Issue:
Node descriptions (like when you tap a defender to see their node buffs & challenges) can only be scrolled if you touch the title, not the whole box or the description text.

This makes scrolling through the node challenges annoying since the touch area can be quite small. For a while now I’ve found I tap/swipe to scroll down and nothing happens, just realized it’s because there are “dead zones” on the descriptive text blocks.

yes ive had that as well no clue what the hell is going on
