Not getting promo code on 18 Oct for free knull

It is already 1 the 19 Oct and I still never get the promo code to my email. Is there a issue or delay or something?

Check your spam folder.
It's also set to go out in two waves - one yesterday and one on the 22nd. You may have not been in the first wave, but it doesn't mean you won't get it.
