Who's having parry issues?

I'm currently doing my second run of crucible path 2 I'm using bishop and parry is hit and miss using unnecessary resources on a fight that's ment to be easy.

Its happening to me, everywhere. Thought it could have been that I was tired last night but today it happened in apothecary, it should have been a parry

Somehow I think the timing of parry has been changed a bit.. either that or AI has super duper boosted response time.. I have been getting parried, intercept, re-parry (AI steps back to avoid my intercept and immediately steps in to parry me then proceed to combo my champion) with little chance for me to dash back or block.. by time I get away.. my champions hp is so low that there is little chance to win unless I play 100% perfectly.. and it is tough since AI is getting a boost in reaction and immediately counters...

I guess I'm a scrub, but watching some of the top summoners experiencing same @#%$ AI, they also noted that AI is busted.. sometimes it doesn't want to use special no matter how you try to bait it, until it gets sp3 and then it's over.

Did some arena grinding for units and the parrying is on another level.

Yeah for some reason I parry (or think I have) but instead I get hit. Its annoying and bg ruining
