Scrolling on Nodes and possible input issues

Hey all,
I don't know if it's just me or there's something wrong with this update. While scrolling to read through the epistle which is the nodes list, the game refuses to scroll through smoothly. There's a video proof, but unfortunately I cannot upload it here, file too big.
I suspect this is probably the same issue plaguing the striker button, I go to press it and it just doesn't work I have to tap rapidly sometimes, and sometimes it's too late and the opponent is already knocking my champs nose sideways. Is there a fix coming?
