Parry unacceptably not working as intended

Please for the 1000th time fix Parry. This has been an easy ongoing issue for months as now with Blade in the contest it is in plain view just how broken it is. It is even more apparent in Uncollected difficulty of this months quest and the MODOK Lab. To make this extra constructive playing in iPhone 6 on WiFi.

Hmm ,don't know what you mean by "broken" ,I have blade and used him for most of unchallenged quest and don't see anything wrong with his parry .
Aside from the timing being a wee bit off From most other champs it's still functioning (same timing as guillotine for example)

I haven't seen an issue with Parry working. If the opponent is stun immune, you'll parry it won't stun. But if you do it with Blade, you'll still get the bleed. The timing is off a little, but it always seems to fluctuate with an update.

Ive been having some issues with parry to, sometimes on successful parrys where it will say pary and there would be no debuff icon to and they would crack me when they're supposed to be stunned because they just shrugged it off acting like it didn't happen.

Occasionally it will happen early in the fight in succession on nodes with normal stuff not stun in immune against numerous opponents.

Some of my members are also experiencing it, it doesn't happen often but sometimes it doesn't trigger properly, same with numerous other things
