Epic Titles mean nothing

This might just be me but I think it’s a shame that Epic titles no longer mean anything. A couple of years ago, an Epic title was ‘wow, you did something really imprecise’, just a bit below legend. But now you have titles that have the same rarity as clearing Necropolis, for logging in, or doing a little bit of a side quest and I think it’s a shame! Unless it’s Bastion, Mythic or Legend (or Creator/Kabam haha) title rarity literally means nothing anymore!
