Merging of Account

My account here in the forums uses my email which I use in the game though when I log it in the game using kabam, it goes to a level 1 account. I've tried reaching out to support but they failed me because of verification purposes even though I've sent them all the evidence that I'm the account owner. I need help.

    Welp it's been forever and I the support ticket I just had with Kabam which is the 2nd time was closed due to verification failure again. I'm not sure why tho. I'm at a loss for this one already.
