When 6-star Champion stop being relevant ?

I myself been burnt by the fact that I pulled 7-star version of champions that I ascended and truly wasted
resources on like Enchantress, Serpent and Superior IM.

I started to notice that top tier players and whales barely have or hold 6-star's in there BG decks anymore.
If Rank 4 really presented by end of the year and the Rank 3 gates opened officially...this might be the moment
we part away from 6-stars unless its something niche like Ronan, Hercules or Nick Fury.

The challenger rating of 7-star's Rank 3 already tremendous so my guess the stats of Rank 4 be impactful .
DONT Forget that 7-stars have 6 ranks and im 100% will have the Rank 7 ( Ascension ) option as well.

    FAM already being nuked by most champs that do him the past 3 season, he's already out.
    CGR wont nuke Rank 4's as fast and it will be already 2 special 2's and 60 sec fight.
    Herc, Quake and Magik NOT Coming as 7-stars.

    7* Champions benefit from Stat focus, and generally higher raw stats; plus the have longevity as once the capability arrives to take them to R4->6 they'll continue to grow, while an Ascended 6* is as far as it's going to go.

    Meanwhile 6* champs benefit from easier collection and growth, especially ones who need a high/max signature level; not to mention the ones that are currently locked at 6*.

    They'll definitely continue to be around for a while but day by day they'll fade away from top teams.

    Cgr can nuke 7* r4 in 2 sp2 rotations, except those tanky ones. It still takes like 40 secs.

    Honestly CGR less bothers me, I constantly ban him ever since that video Bero Man did
    I think 3-4 months ago that this scum of a champion can do most OP defenders, even Mephisto
    or Kindred.
    Took my Ascended of my deck of course, and I perma Ban him.
    Especially the fact that I have Rank 3 Red Skull, Omega Sentinel and Warlock.

    Until every champion becomes a 7* (except for Herc), they will stay relevant

    I've been thinking about this recently as well. I have the ones we won't see as a 7 anytime soon already ranked. Still plenty of 6 that I'd like to take up but it's staring to feel like its a waste.

    I think I will just rank a few busted champs that I don't have as a 7 yet as I get more dust. But 6*s are starting to feel less powerful with more r3 showing up. I do however think that if theres a 7 you want rank the 6 and you will get the 7 in a few days lol that's been my luck a few times.

    One thing to consider is that in act 9 only 7 stars got the attack boost.

    Another is the 7 star gating like in sos gauntlet.

    Thinks like that make it was more beneficial to start investing into your 7 stars over 6. I think there's still reasons for certain 6 stars. It really just depends on where your roster is at. I've got 30ish ascended 6 stars and I'm at the point where I really need to start focusing on my 7 star roster. But there's always another 6 that I want to take up.
