Upgrading Champions

I’m sure it’s been asked 1000 times, but I couldn’t find a thread on it.

I’m struggling to upgrade my 5 and 6 star champions due to the low amount of catalysts I get from the daily quests. Is there some other way to get these? I’m kind of stuck sitting around the 6k mark for most of my 6 stars and 2,300 for my 5 stars…

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Battlegrounds and glory story’s and rewards from completing story chapters and monthly event quests and side quests.

    Best options are to keep pushing story content and make sure you're in an alliance that participates in AQ. Event quest content will also help.

    If I could donate t5b and t2a I would. I can't get rid of these damn things fast enough
