Asking "how many centuries" is asking something crazy. They're usually good about getting back in less than 24 hours, but it depends on how many tickets they have to sort through. It may also depend on if they connect this post to your account and make you wait for fun.
If you run a company that serves atleast million customers, will you be able to provide a human generated response within 3 hours?
How many support tickets can they have in 3 hours?
It depends on whether they are in office or not. Back in 2020 I sent a support ticket which got initial response in 49 mins. Then after my reply it took 18 hours to get the next reply from them.
If the customer support staff is working as per current Pacific Time, and they don't have any other job to do, you'll get reviewed quick.
Usually can't stand how the forum folk attack posters routinely attack OPs but every now and again, an OP shows up that kind of puts the entire reaction into perspective...

I have no alternative. It would be good to know how long should I wait though.

I recently had approximately 5,800 units in my account two days ago. However, I now have only around 500 units. I don’t recall using them, and I believe this may be due to a bug, as the units went missing after the recent game update.
Could you please investigate this issue and provide me with a report? If this is indeed a bug, I’d appreciate it if you could resolve it.

February 19 4500 units but today 800 units what I do
