Kabam support ticket

I sent a ticket 3 hours ago at least about a problem I have and still no response. How many centuries should I wait before I receive a response???

It may also depend on if they connect this post to your account and make you wait for fun.
If the customer support staff is working as per current Pacific Time, and they don't have any other job to do, you'll get reviewed quick.
Now you see why the immediate response is a pitchfork. Sometimes they leave no other option
I recently had approximately 5,800 units in my account two days ago. However, I now have only around 500 units. I don’t recall using them, and I believe this may be due to a bug, as the units went missing after the recent game update.
Could you please investigate this issue and provide me with a report? If this is indeed a bug, I’d appreciate it if you could resolve it.

February 19 4500 units but today 800 units what I do
